Welcome to pedagogix

Ce serveur héberge le support didactique pour des formations en bioinformatique, et pour certains cours dispensés par le Département de Biologie de l'Université d'Aix-Marseille.

This server provides support material for training in bioinformatics, and for some courses taught by the Département de Biologie of Aix-Marseille Université.

Bioinformatics tools

RSAT

Regulatory Sequence Analysis Tools (RSAT), a software suite for the detection of cis-regulatory elements in genomic sequences. Developed by Jacques van Helden and co-workers.

NeAT

Network Analysis tools (NeAT), a software suite for the analysis of biomolecular networks and metabolic pathways. Developed by Jacques van Helden and co-workers.

Galaxy A local instance of Galaxy.

Galaxy is an open, web-based platform for data intensive biomedical research.

Advanced training (researchers)

MICROME EU FP7-funded project to reconstuct metabolism from bacterial genomes. The main server is hosted by the European Bioinformatics Institute. We maintain on this server the material for two events organized in Marseille.
  1. MICROME Hack-a-thon, 2013-09
  2. MICROME Training, 2012-10
ALLBIO training workshop Training material and practical information for the training workshop
Analysing thousands of bacterial genomes: annotation, metabolism, regulation
organized in Marseille, June 22-25, 2014, in the context of the EU-funded ALLBIO.

The machine has been funded by the Ateliers de formation INSERM.

It is hosted and maintained by the Inserm Unit U1090 TAGC (Technological Advances for Genomics and Clinics) at Aix-Marseille Université.
