Motif collection coverage and exclusive motifs

Here is displayed the information corresponding to the complementarity between the input collection of motifs.

Note: remind that these values are dependent of the threshold used to separate the clusters.

The heatmap represents a Contingency table showing the intersection between the input motif sets.
- Each cell represent the percentage of coverage between two motif sets after clustering.
- Note that is not a symmetrical matrix.
- The values in diagonal represent the coverage of one collection versus itself (always = 1.000) .

The table show the number of exclusive motifs (those found exclusively in one collection and not in the others) after the clustering.

This table shows the number of exclusive motifs corresponding to a particular collection after the clustering.
Collection percent column indicates the percentage of this motif collection covered by its exclusive motifs.
Total percent column indicates the percentage of ALL the input motifs collection covered by the exclusive motifs of this collection.
