Heatmap
maxNWD of motif per sequence
- The rows of this heatmap represent the Motifs, whereas the columns represent the sequences where the enrichment was measured.
- Click on each column label to sort its values (increasing/decreasing).
- Click on each row label to sort its values (increasing/decreasing).
- Pointing one cell will display the maxNWD corresponding to a motif in a particular set of sequences.
- Click on the 'Order' button to reorder the heatmap to its original configuration.

OCC significance profiles
Occurrence Probability
- The plot shows the Occurrence Probability Curves, that is the probability of the number of matches in the input sequence.
- For each matrix and each score value, calculate the statistical significance of the number of matches. This allows to select the score associated with te maximal significance, on the basis of the matrix-specific distribution, rather than by selecting some a priori threshold.
- Click on each name to display/hide each profile individually.
- Pointing to each profile displays its ID, Motif name, Sequence and Motif Logo in both orientation.
- Click on the buttons to Show/Hide all the profiles.
